Wilson’s Power Washing (“Wilson’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a division of My Painter, LLC.
This policy applies to prowasher.com and our other Wilson’s location websites, and to the information we collect when you contact us or use our services.
Information We Collect
When you fill out a form, request a quote, schedule service, sign up for text messages, or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the service you’re interested in.
When you visit our websites, we and our analytics tools also collect standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you reached our site. We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising pixels (including the Meta/Facebook pixel) for this. See “Cookies & Analytics” below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your questions and quote requests;
- Schedule, perform, and follow up on your services;
- Send you service-related messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders;
- Contact you about future Wilson’s services, including seasonal reminders and special offers;
- Contact you about future Wilson’s Power Washing services and seasonal offers;
- Improve our websites and services.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages — by checking the text-message consent box on one of our forms, by texting us first, or by telling us directly — we may send you text messages. Agreeing to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service.
Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, service follow-ups, and occasional offers about Wilson’s Power Washing services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may send you service-related emails, such as appointment confirmations and follow-ups, and marketing emails about Wilson’s Power Washing services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our business mailing address. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.
Cookies & Analytics
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies, along with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our marketing.
